Return Shipping Cost

VERO MODA offers 30 Days Free Returns for eligible items when the return is approved and completed according to the instructions provided by customer service.

If a return is sent without approval, sent to the wrong location, shipped after the return window, or does not meet the eligibility requirements, it may not qualify for free return service and may not be accepted.

Refund Process
